Game won't launch
I've just built a new gaming PC rig and started buying games on steam and loading some of my old games. Everything seems to work just fine except this game.

After buying it, when I try to launch it it comes up with the little steam launch screen for a second and then goes away. Thats it, won't launch the game.

Can anyone help me out?

This is the error I am getting when I manually launch it

"the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) Click OK to close the application"

I've tried every method described on google and youtube to try and fix this. Not having any issues with any other games so not sure why I am getting this for this game.

Any help?

Ran the windows troubleshooting and it came up with "incompatible program, not fixed" at the end.

I'm running windows 10

32 or 64 bits?

You have an exact same issue as some people had with Hatred. Please see this thread.

General rule of thumb - make sure you always install appropriate packages (installers for win64 when the system is 64bit, not 32bit ones) and NEVER just download a single *.dll file and paste it into system, "because something somewhere said it's missing". In such case download the entire package that contains such dll file. Most often it's some redistributable software, essential on any system.

I have done whats in that thread already, now it loads to your game company's splash screen (atomic bomb animation) and immediatly crashes after that...

Can you post (or mail me at support@destructivecreations.pl) the crash information? Check in the game directory in Saved folder - there should be something called Crashes or Logs, please send me all that and we'll try to figure out the issue. If it's not there, you may wish to visit the hidden folder - C:\Users\_YOUR_USER_NAME_\AppData and search for Hatred there.

You may also try several typical things - check whether antivirus blocks us, windows defender, maybe some third party application is messing with our game process, maybe some overclocking software.
