So I want to memorize different modules to be able to solve different parts of the bomb myself without the need of an expert so we can continue defusing the most extreme bombs in the base game, however I found that practicing the in game bombs as a test is everything but not effective.

I was looking for a mod which ads an option to the game to make your custom bombs with specialised modules, for example an 11 module bomb with 5 simple wires, 6 buttons or all of them is complicated wires, things like that, but I haven't found one. Could anybody tell me about one like this?

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=767486703 I think would be your best bet. It creates a new binder entry that has, with a few modded module exceptions, mission of 1 hour, and 5 of a module. Might be good for what you are thinking about doing.

Doing it otherwise would require making your own missions -- that's not particularly hard, but probably more work than you need to do for this.

All you need to do is type in the ID of the module that you want to play.
If you want to play the button, there should be an ID with BigButton.
If you don't know the ID, look at the list.
What is even better is that YOU can set the time and amount of strikes!!!
