Type 0 English Dub

From Youtube videos and such I noticed that the English dub of Type 0 is...welll...Its quite bad. Which confuses me, because Final Fantasy XII and XIII have fantastic dubs. What happened between then and now? Different dubbing director? Did Square just not care about Type 0 that much? What's going on?

EDIT: To clarify, this thread is not so much here to whine as it is to find out what's going on. I wanted to know who the dubbing director was and what other games they worked on, what kind of dubbing budgets Square gives between different games, if Square ever mentioned if it gives different games priority over others, etc. Anything that would help clarify why the dub is the way it is.

not all of us prefer the japanese dub when given a choice, i for one like hearing my own language that i can understand. Regarding the Dub, honestly i think its only a few of the female characters that rub me the wrong way with their voice. Square also tends to have new VAs for each title so you dont get repeats very often, i do know that they have some higher quality/well known VAs like Matt Mercer and Christina Vee (though i find her hit or miss depending on the character)

But Valkyria Chronicles 2 has a fine dub and Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core isn't bad.

Watched a friend play it on his PS4 in english and the voices didn't bother me. So I'm sure I'll be fine with them.

Is it not important that Square puts out quality content instead of poor content for fans who would like playing something in English? I mean I know you guys would prefer playing it in Japanese, but should it not still be worrying that they're skimping out on the fans who would want otherwise?

If that doesn't help, then I'd like to know if Square has ever mentioned that it has some kind of priority on how it dubs its games, or perhaps what kind of dubbing budgets it gives and how they have changed between games.

Vanille went from my least favorite character to one of my favorites by switching the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ english dub to the mediocer japanese one.
