There is no difference. Just get the PS4 version.

So does the ps4 have rumble?

Mixed reviews are due to things lacking from it that are usually present in practically every PC port, but it has everything the PS4 version has, and some slight improvements to that. Well aside, from controller vibration I guess if you care about that.

So are you saying that the ps4 version has rumble or not?

The PC version has scalable motion blur, whereas my understanding is the PS4 only has it very extreme or not at all (depending on which patch you are playing it under). But ATM there are some issues with the PC version on some machines such as crashes or faiiled loads for some people.

The PC version is pretty much the same as PS4 but with some graphic controls. Aside the fact that PS4 version is 4 time more expensive than PC version (in my reagion), PC is open to community fix. Probably someone will come up with a fix to the 30fps lock as PSP version could run in 60fps with emulators and others tweaks. Unless you want to put the game and just play it, PC version is the better version even with those uncommon limitation not present in 99% of PC games.

Console version doesnt have Rumble, neither did the psp version.

PC version is less straining on my eyes, not sure if it's due to motion blur being off. Also, the battle camera is indeed a lot better on PC.

The Mixed reviews are from the people who only care about FPS and call anything less than 60 broken. A lot of them even said they won't buy another SE game and then they just reviewed it with no time on it at all which tells me, they just wanted to review and nothing more and will probably refund it later...I just hope the review will vanish then.

um... there is a difference of cost... the PC version is half of the PS4 cost.

I am a PC gamer, but one of the reasons that I am is because when I will ever buy a new PC in the future I will still be able to play this game on that new PC, and you are never sure if a PS4 game will be able to run on a PS5 when it ever will be released.

But it also depends on how good your PC is, if you can't run the game smoothly on the PC you have now, you might enjoy the game more on your PS4.

The PC version has more options for control over your game. It is better than the PS4 version. Get it.

Not all older games can run on todays pc's, some without heavy modifications or not at all. Though i do agree with you. ps3 games cant run on ps4 due to the artitecture of the ps3 system, hence why there are not working emulators for it atm. ps4 may work on the next gen ps console after what microsofot did for xbone and 360, if sony is smart they will want to get in on that, but imo, all consoles will be obsolete with in the next gen or two. With stuff like in house streaming boxes for pc's (steam link, nvidia shield ect) and living rooms pc's (steam machines) and not to mention most console onle game franchises making the move to releasing the games on pc, it wont be long till consoles will be phased out all together.
Maybe not nintendo as it is seen as a family console, they may just go the way of handheld from now on too.

This version is actually pretty different from the PS4 version. Controls are tighter on PC, the phantoma harvesting feels much more fluid, dat blur scaling and...granted the resolution options are ♥♥♥♥, they have full 1080p, which the PS4 version does not have. It scales the game's image to be smaller, so you have a massive black box around the game. It's very ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ odd.

I thought the ps4 version was also full 1080p?

You can always use a VM or other tweaks to run them... GL HF to do that on console :/
I'm pretty sure this game will be playable in 10years
