Google really does miracles. Just saying...
It basically solves all ps4 controller - pc compatibily issues (you need to keep it running for it to works)
Or even just getting SCP driver.
This worked for me and my ps4 controller
Full PS4 controller setup that I used.
I have InputMapper already running and working
set x360ce like Bar0th says to:
download x360ce (64 bit version) from http://www.x360ce.com/ . Place it in the WIN\ subdirectory of the game folder. Run it, let it create the DLL, and configure for your controller.
Switch to the Game Settings tab, add the exe for the game (the one in the WIN\ folder - fftype0hd.exe), and make sure COM, DI, PIDVID, and 64-bit v9.1 are checked for that game profile. Checking PIDVID should set the Fake VID to 1118, and the Fake PID to 654 (if not, use those values).
Make sure Force Feedback Passthrough is checked in the Advanced tab. You may have to uncheck the one above it to get it.
Once configured, exit x360ce_x64, and rename xinput1_3.dll to xinput9_1_0.dll (if you don't see the .dll extension, rename xinput1_3 to xinput9_1_0).
