Changing Costumes?

Is anybody else having a hard time trying to view the different costumes that they unlocked? I haven't found the command for that yet.

save point> change equipment> over a character with a costume (notice the costume icon next to their name) hit rb or lb

you can change it at the save point and the character select screen before going on a mission.

Oh ok, I thought I unlocked a costume but probably not, It was strange seeing 2/4 on almost every character

Edit: I have 4 out of 6 on Machina, Should I have unlocked a costume on him?

you unlock costumes by

Summer = 30 Sightkills per character
Formal = Commander SP Rank (50,000 SPP) and then complete a task in Command Center during Chapter 7, second break.
Gold = Complete all story missions (red icon on Missions screen) on Finis difficulty, completion rank does not matter.

you unlock costumes by

Yeah, I got 95 Killsights with Queen, and there's still no costume. and now everyones 2/4
