In other threads they say that you can fix the problem by downloading "wmvcore.dll" and putting it into the game folder. I've tried that but it's not working.

In the morning,I've played it for 40 minutes, but in the afternoon,I find it can't be played because of the problem above. However, other games can be played normally.Windows 10,core i3,all drivers new.

That only fixes no video issue which i had and it does fix the game in that regard. The only driver issue i had was trying to run 4k DSR as for some reason it won't work for me and crashes the game. It runs fine otherwise though upto 1440p which is my monitors native resolution.

You have to change the config.ini
The problem is vsync. Go on C: user->your user->appdata->local->capcom->res0, then open the config.ini and change the parameter: vsync:ON to vsync=OFF, then safe the file and start the game

I guess that you change screen solution or switch to full screen mode? you have to change it back by change the config.ini : FULLSCREEN=OFF or change screen solution to its default

Actually,I changed FULLSCREEN,VSYNC,RESOLUTION and FXAA when I played it first time. After I changed them back to default values, the game runs without problems.Thank you so much.
