Dam Puzzle Bug?

Near the end of the game there is a dam puzzle where you have to choose 3 lights to light up the whole board, I have found several walkthroughs showing the answer and no matter what i choose it doesnt work, it doesnt even light up around the lights, just the light that i choose, is it a bug or what am i doing wrong? thanks.

I believe that place is optional if I;m refering to the right place. You need CD keys.

i think its required to give power to the elevator? this is the video showing the puzzle, it doesnt matter what light i press or in what order nothing else lights up other than the light i press.

It is mandatory and should light up when you select one, yes.
Since your bug is not commonplace, you may try the standard file validity check in Steam. Maybe one of the files is corrupt.

Suprapunk, did you find a solution? Seems I have the same problem. Apparently we are the only two people in the world to have it!

What is your frame rate during gameplay? The engine does not like if you drop below 30 for whatever reason.

OMG That fixed it ! I lowered the display to 60 mhz and that took care of it, thanks !

If you have a 144 Hz monitor, I suggest playing these pre-2013 games in windowed mode. A freeware program called Borderless Windowed Gaming can help if you are bothered by the window borders (some people are).
