Is there a "shake off the enemy" button?
For RE as long as you moved the stick around when attacked you could shake the enemy off before it dealt too much damage to you but on RE0 I can't seem to find a way to do it. Any help? :steamsad:

It's the same as you do in any other RE game, quickly tap left-right on the analog stick.

Hmm I tried and instead of taking the first bite and then shaking the enemy off they keep eating on me. I guess during the attack I'm messing up the direction of the analog stick (I get really into it and that brings me to get anxious and mess up :P ).

Thank you for confirming me that it's possible though!! :)

One difference to REmake is that you will always take damage when grabbed, though.

Still less though right?

If you shake it off, yes. But it is generally more damaging and takes more time to shake off attackers here. This is probably partly why even speedrunners kill more enemies in RE0 or use longer routes to run past enemies. (Or just stick to Wesker mode and kill everything on the screen.)

Yeah I could've tell...I feel like RE0 is bit harsh or better say... "off" if it's either on Normal mode or Easy mode. Lol It's my first time playing this game (I played the whole series minus the one for the console I don't own) since I never had a chance in the past for the console which I didn't owned so I'm new to it and it seems like it's off in some way. In Easy mode you get hit A LOT without taking any damage at all...so it is too easy but then in Normal it literally takes forever to put down zombies, more than the first RE for sure (I played it again recently and I can definitively tell the difference).

I'm guessing that Wesker Mode is an unlockable content, right? Is it by finishing the game on any mode or a specific one?

PS OMG.... I just saw your Steam Level...Is it even possible??? (It's a compliment ahah)

Just saw that too, wow!

I don't think it's possible (I guess I need to think twice then) even if you have Steam since it came out XD

Why shouldn't it be possible, though. You'd have to invest *alot* of time into badges, but why not.

Yeah that's true, I guess my "it's impossible" is more like "I could never achieve something like that" lol

Level 158 is not even enough to put me in the top 1000. Heck, it is not high level because it is only 3 digits; level 1000 has been surpassed by quite some time on Steam by others. Or, to put it in another perspective: I only crafted level 5 badges of the games I completed on Steam to put me here, so it wasn't even some insane grinding. :)

It is, yes. Just beat the game once and it will be among the extras in the main menu (not in the clear save load menu, like the special game modes in RE1).
