Good VS Bad
I hope there is a benefit of being neutral in this game,
Just because morale choices in dialogue, we are role playing so not every choice we make in the game should always be good or bad to reap some benefit.

A lot of the choices are about faction vs. faction. So you can choose to help mutants or the merchants, but obviously none of them are flawless.

Only true "bad" vs. "good" choice is whether you kill people after you have defeated them or not. If you drain people of water, you get serum (equivalent of money) and loss of karma.

Then how do you gain karma?

That's a good question. Giving money to the poor? Doing quests helping people?

Not sure if there are quests which give you negative karma.

Its not that simple actually. Its not so much "Karma" but your companions will treat how you act differntly and their choices during cutscenes as well as your own will change as you develop your characters "personality" by your choices. As far as I know there is no Good Guy, Bad Guy playthrough its just choices.

Nope, there is Karma. Look at the right side, there is -1 Karma loss from killing someone.

That does not mean that is all to the game, though, because it still matters more what factions you side for and whether you support your companions or not.

Serum is essentially water. It's an important crafting component for health injections and other stuff. It's also the primary currency on Mars. If you want to buy something, you pay with serum. You want to bribe someone, you pay with serum.

I saw a review that said going evil ( taking serum from the people u defeat) in the game dose not dose much bad for u in the game and in the long run means you get more of it to spend on stuff. so that going bad/evil wont effect ur game much as all the compaions u meant might say something about you take the serum from them but wont change the way the act for you.

just woundering if I will play like that or not .

This is not true. Taking Serum from defeated enemies means killing them in a brutal way. Some compaions will leave you over this while others may encourage this while still others may lean either way.
