Any shields that have 100% physical block?
I'm not the best with rolling, and just taking hits isn't working out with base health, limited life gems and 2 estus flasks. :\

drangelic shield is one of the first that has 100% phy block and best of it: its in the forest of fallen giants - but seriously, dodgeing is way more effective, - keep practicing or the bosses in the dlc's will destroy you
I know. Thanks! ^-^

Unless you get Strong Magic Shield. You can tank Raime with SMS on the Royal Kite Shield (lowest stability 100% physical shield).

If you are at the lost bastille look up how to get to the blacksmith named Mc Duff, he sells a shield with 100% Physical thats lighter than the drangleic shield

or just kill old dragonslayer and get a towershield for free from the chest after him^^ requires 30 str but is the best choice early on. i prefer blocking on most bosses over dodge since if you mess a dodge up on certain bosses on ng+++ they will flat out kill you.

on pvp tough or certain bosses like aava the kings pet rolling is clearly the better choice. but learing to roll on EVERY boss is really not worth it most the time when you can easy outblock thier attacks.

Gyrm Greatshield +10 with baneful bird ring and 2 handed. Enjoy 95 stability or so.

Apply strong magic shield for 100% block on everything :)

Drangleic shield has 100% physical damage reduction, can be found very early in the game and doesn't have high requirements. Later you can get the King's Shield, which is a little bit lighter and has better damage reduction overall. Until then, go for Drangleic Shield.

You really don't need 100% block on a shield. Taking tiny itty bits of damage on something that only blocks 75%, as long as your stability on the shield is good, is perfectly fine. You'll hardly notice your health chipping away.

if you are new new new, just get the dranleic shield. but as you advance, you should use some lower % shields like srsface said, just roll and learn how to do it.

Indeed. At the beginning i was wearing the life regeneration ring, so i didn't have to heal the small damages everytime.

The best early game shield is the Watch Dragon Parma. It has very high resists to just about everything and has very good stability.

The drangleic shield seems good but suffers from a very slow leveling as it uses twinkling titanite. Stick with the watch dragon parma, and honestly theres only about 2 or 3 shields to swtich to in the medium shield line other than the watch dragon.

And it..... increases luck.

On a side note, Strong Magic shield is kinda op.
