Does Mad Warrior count to Bell Keeper Covenant?
I assume farming him worked in OG DS2 but does it still work in SotFS? I found some info that's it's not working because "The rank system is confirmed. The Red Phantom Bell Keepers do not count towards the rank system because they are in fact Bell Keepers."
So how is it really?

Yes, the Mad Warrior counts. You can farm him for ranking up the covenant. He invades only in Belfry Sol, and he's not a Red Phantom Bellkeeper.

Totally, I've maxed out the covenant rank when farming him for his set on SotFS before.
