Is there a way to change your characters appearance using Cheat Engine?
I am on new game plus on my character and I don't want to start all over again for something like this. I would like to change hair color, remove muscle etc. Would that be possible using CE or any other method?

I believe there is, but Steam mods will shutdown threads that speak of it. Reddit would be a much better place to search.
Yes
With the right CE table and knowledge you can modify char values.
I've never done it but got a couole of friends that knew how to do it, they don't play anymore tho.

You can probably find a table that will open character customization menu.

I've been browsing through internet but wasn't able to find a table like that Paradox. I'll probably make an account on Reddit and ask there as well like Harrison said ...when I'm not feeling lazy lol. Thank you guys :)

I managed to transfer all of my old character faces to fresh new save using this table:
https://gist.github.com/Atvaark/f308e1d8e00e07106452
Search for "Mimic face data" and you will find post with steps. And it take you couple of tries before it register as he writes. Usually helps to teleport after death or try to run to another location and die here and such.

WOW thank you so much both of you! So what I mainly wanted to do was make my ripped char not ripped. But there is no option to change physique type on any CT tables I've found. There is a table on Nexus Mods that changes build type, hair, all of the advanced settings in character creation screen too, nearly everything... but not physique type as far I know. Now what I did was; 1. Copy the "Mimic face data" of my main char from the table Betsujin provided. 2. Made a dummy char who is not ripped and transferred my main char's face to it using the same table. 3. Saved dummy char preset using the DS2 Shopping Mod. 4. Loaded the preset into my main char using the Shopping Mod again. Though I don't know if I would be soft banned or not when/if servers come back if I play co-op with my friend haha

Another thing... After loading the preset into my main char the "Mimic face data" was not %100 the same. Visually I can't see any difference on my character's face... but there are very few differences in the data. No matter what I do I can't make the data the exact same after loading the preset using DS2 Shop Mod. Though on readme file it already warns you that only export your character on character creation screen otherwise incorrect data may be exported. So that's on me... was too lazy to make the same face again on character creation screen lol. But I'm satisfied with it.

Since there was a patch last time I wrote this post you need to downgrade your game. Someone wrote a guide for it on Nexus. I'll copy-paste it here.

"How to get this mod to work on the current patch, an easy but tedious way:

You have to downpatch the game. Following the steps written in this link.
Which basically are: Open Steam, press Win + R and run steam://open/console, then type download_depot 335300 335301 6969394704102823372. Steam will download an old version of the game. It will take a while, and once it is done Steam will say where the files were placed.

Now delete all the files within the Dark Souls II SotFS directory and replace them with the old version that you just downloaded through steam, you won't lose your save by doing this as it is saved elsewhere. Now open the game and do what you want to do with this mod and, if you want to be able to play online again, update/verify DsII:SotFS's files through steam."

"Dark Souls II Shopping Mod" is the name of it. You can download it on NexusMods.

Btw since Dark Souls II got updated for the RCE exploit the mod doesn't work out of the box. For it to work you need to downgrade the game. There is a comment under the said mod on Nexus explaining how you can download the older version from Steam's own server. It's not that hard.

You only need the older "DarkSoulsII.exe" file though not the other 17.9GB of files. If you want it, I can send you the older exe file, though I'd understand if you wouldn't wanna get a exe file from a stranger lol
