Will you add Steam achievements to this?

When is this game coming out by the way? It cannot be purchased yet....

I want to install and play this game but downloaded 0 bytes again and again. I asked my friend to try this game, but he said same as my environment. something wrong?

Has anyone been able to even get this running? I was super excited to try this and it immediately gave me the Failure to Start Game error. All my other games are working properly, I've restarted, reinstalled multiple times and am getting nothing... Is there some kind of computer requirement I'm missing here?...
