Can you change the controls in this game?

I play on very different controls. I was wondering if I am blind and there's an option in the settings menu. The other (more likely of the two) possibility is if there is a config file that I can modify to suit my controls. This seems like a fantastic game and I want to get the most out of it, so please help...

There doesn't seem to be anything like that at the moment, if there was I don't think there would be so many post about how there is no inverted-Y axis.
If you have a program that lets you rebind you controller in widows that might work, but right now I can't find anything to change the controlls.

Considering that's one of the most basic options of a video game, customization of controls, that should be a game priority...

Well if you read the responses they left, you'd know that I wasn't being stupid and they said there was not controls at the time I wrote this.

Aren't bindable controls a complete pain to add in an established game engine?

Really, 30 years ago for dos games this would understandable but in 2017 it's just lame.

Some control choices are weird. On controller A button is jump, but when you choose a tool, suddenly jump becomes RB button and A becomes action button. Like what in the actual ****.

I bought this game and i am having issues with the controls since the beginning, and btw, playing with keyboard and mouse is even worst. In the settings, you can't even see your key bindings , it just displays the letters of your keyboard.

It's 2018 and they still haven't done this yet!? Why was this not a basic feature put into the game at launch It really doesn't make sense to me.
