I'd like to see things like the minotaur head, Or the pirate's hook hands and such being unlocked along with the legs and bodies. :P
EDIT: And to prevent obscene or low quality stuff, If they end up with Workshop integration in the future just do something like CS:GO where skins must be voted on and pass a certain level of users vs postitive votes to accept it.

Not always the best solution unless there's a whitelist/blacklist IP option.
A full range of control for your Minifig with decals and individual part coloring is definitely needed, at the very least in singleplayer, what they do in multiplayer is their decision as long as the players at least have the option to make a specific character with a stockpile of assets, such as items they wear around their neck, on their back, and hats of every kind from what they have now ranging back to the simple postman caps, the ball caps, and even the simple round haircut. Heck, even some base decals of famous LEGO minifigs they've made along with glassic ones from back in the 80's with those glassic simple mechanic overalls, the police torsos like in the old Police station (6384) and along with newer versions from the 90's and 2000's, even the spacemen of old and those countless recognizeable lego faces to the simple smile and up.
Seriously, customization of minifigs with given assest like hats and accessories pre-made and even custom made, imported decals decals til out heart's content is a requirement at this point, for singleplayer at the very least as I said, and hopefully the gang behind LEGO Worlds knows this and will add it at some point. Afterall, it encourages creativity.
