I didn't know this :/ It seemed to be the same problem of a guy with pirate game.
Specs:
nvidia geforce gtx 860M
8GB RAM
Intel Core i7
Make sure that the game's actually using the 860M and not the onboard GPU.
If it is, make sure that you have the most recent Nvidia drivers.
If you are using them, try downgrading them instead.
I'm running this game without issues on a GTX560, but my drivers are pretty old

Since it occurs after I upgrade my windows into 10 there are several devices need to upgraded too and I did it manually on device manager.
You should check i too, It usually related to sound, or video or even graphic card other then your Nvidia
