Game crash ( PC-Windows )

I start the game, a windows appear with autosave info, later ask i want load the game, another window pops up and says that the game is loaded correctly, then ask e about the difficulty of the game and finally load the game but shows show presentations worldwide developer and crash.
The error is called APPCRASH, I tryed fix it but I fails.
Someone could help me?

Same problem. I love when I can't play a game I spent $60 on to pre-order.

same here. Problem is vsfilter.dll from windows but i have no solution for it yet

Guys i have a solution. I had the same problem then I tried this:

I think it's vsfilter it's from DirectVOBSub and this is crashing the game , it's a filter that lets you display subtitles.

I suggest getting the codec tweak tool:
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/codec_tweak_tool.htm

Then you can then disable vsfilter just for this game(before you play it), it's under misc. for directshow x86

Now my game is working properly.

Doesn't surprise me, not the 1st time I see codec packs messing up with games when they play FMVs.

This worked for me too, make sure you disable the 32 bit version
