I just downloaded the app on Microsoft 10 and I’m putting in my id and it’s not working

I'm not sure what you mean by "profile" or "id". Are you referring to steam? Tile Miner doesn't require a "profile" or "Id". You simply hit "new game" and select your game. Are you having trouble with logging in to steam itself?
