Kingdom's Bonus!

I'm a little confused: how do Kingdom's Bonus really works? I tried the same team with three different Kingdoms as base Kingdom (Zaejin > +2 Life, Whitehelm > +2 Armor, Blighted Lands > +2 Magic), but the values (Life - Armor - Magic - Attack) never changed. Thank's

The Kingdom bonuses for buying a kingdom up to level 10 and reaching 5 stars by levelling/gaining traits apply all the time to all teams you create once you unlock them.

Their are also team bonuses for having 2 or more troops from the same kingdom (and also similar bonuses for the troop type, such as Knight, Daemon, etc.) - your hero can also count based on class (immediately gives you a kingdom, then at 150 wins also an appropriate troop type).

Changing your home kingdom from the tribute tab (which I assume is what you are referring to as your "base kingdom") only affects tribute as far as I am aware, doubling the rewards when tribute happens for that kingdom, so choose one with max level/high power (so has a high chance) and is skewed to whatever resource you want more of (gold, souls or glory).
