Tracking Collected Fruit

As some levels don't have fruit and it doesn't say which levels do, and it doesn't say which levels you've collected the fruit from, there's no easy way to keep track of which fruit you got from which level. Any chance of you adding an icon next to fruit levels like you did with the gems?

Also, I do know about the page that lets you see what you've collected so far, but it still doesn't tell you where you got them, so it doesn't help too much in this respect ^^

It's not too hard to find the fruit itself, it's the fact of having to redo every level if you miss one just to find the one you missed. Could you at least make list of which fruit from the total list comes from which level, so I know which levels I have to replay later? :)

It's in NES Forest of Fear
If you avoid the gravity flip switch with the little platforms there's some bricks you can break by jumping into them, there's a teleporter at those blocks.

I just happened to find it when playing through the NES stages right now. I'm not sure I've found any others you haven't listed yet.

Ohoho, I found it! Replaying only the few levels without fruit was really quick.
