How to do Thinking With Portals?

So im stuck on this mission. I can take out the two tanks and get the big target, but how the hell do I get the tiny target that's straight above the portal?

Move close to it and shoot up. That's how I did it at least.

I forgot the last two..

When you start, use the shots for the near side tank and save the horizon for the small target and the far side tank as you'll need that shot to conect to them both.

Get closer after the big tank is down for better results.

I ended up using the cursor keys to methodically test angles and strengths, and write them down on paper what worked and didn't, and hit the reset button many many times ("on the second shot, drive right as far as I can, use mouse to drag aim to touch vertical marker at max power, then hit the cursor-right key 27 times, then cursor-down key 40 times, fire ... nope, missed, hit reset button, try cursor-down 39 times next attempt...")

I've been trying to do this one for a long time, I can do all but the last target. What I don't like is when I looked up a tutorial on YT, they all had a weapon called "Big Shot"....if I had had that I would have finished this a long time ago =p
