It's common for people to look at the genre and assume ShellShock Live is a simple artillery game similar what's already out there, but it actually has substantial depth and content. Here are a few of the ways ShellShock Live separates itself from the slew of artillery games out there.

Persistence and Purpose
Most artillery games are fun casual timekillers, but each round is the same and there's nothing to bring you back. ShellShock Live has 80 level to rank through, persistent weapon upgrades, a full tech tree, customizable tanks, unlockable items, an earnable currency, stats, actievements, and more. You're rewarded for playing.

Community
We're fully integrated with the Steam Friends system allowing you to play with your buds against the world. 8-Player Online Multiplayer battles and full in-game chat support make it easy to form long-lasting allies and rivals. Recently added Clan support allows you and your friends to join together and defend your honor.

Upgrade Everything
It's all upgradable. Tanks can get new parts, skills, and abilities. Weapons are upgraded to new unique tiers. Even the in-game items are upgradable.

Singleplayer and Multiplayer
Although geared towards multiplayer, the game currently contains 80 Singleplayer missions for hours of solo gameplay. We've got more in the works and even plan to support player-created missions.

One and Done
Other games (including the Flash version of ShellShock Live) may be free up-front, but contain microtransactions, giving advatnages to paid players. ShellShock Live on Steam is a one-time up-front fee which gives you access to everything in the game.

On top of all that, we're constantly adding new features and content almost every day! We've already made countless improvements since launch, and those are just the beginning.

Current players will attest that it's worth the money.

It's worth the $7. I've played it for 150+ hours and still haven't beaten the game yet.
