Borderless Windowed Fullscreen?

I realize this thread is a bit old, but for the benefit of anyone coming here later, here's how you do it:

1. Right-click on the game in your steam library and hit Properties.
2. In the General tab, click on Set Launch Options.
3. Enter the following:

-popupwindow -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080

replace 1920 and 1080 with whatever resolution your monitor is.
4. Next time you launch the game, check the Windowed box. It doesn't matter what resolution you use.
5. ???
6. Profit
