Second, it's click-to-move.
It's possible that they will add gamepad support, but I don't really see how you look at this and think a gamepad seems like a good fit. Maybe if you ask nicely?
https://swordcoast.com/content/sword-coast-legends-coming-xbox-one-and-playstation%C2%AE4
I play the pc because I like pc games made for the pc with pc UI and gameplay, not a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ console port to the the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc.
Not necessarily. Mass Effect was developed with consoles in mind and the PC versions still do not have native controller support.
Roger that though ME is pretty easy to setup with a controller using Xpadder simply due to the simplicity of the designed controlls (it took me 15mins and gg); I've recently started playing Final Fantasy XIV and like this game was designed from the ground up with consoles in mind so the PC controller support is just excellent.
Then there are games that started on PC and added to consoles like Diablo 3. My PC friends and I feel the game is much more fun on the console. This game I could see being fun with either keyboard/mouse or a gamepad. I hope they have gamepad support as an option.
All I know is that seeing a list of items instead a grid of items isn't going to make me hate a game. To each their own I guess.
You think it strange only because I’m a real person who is civilized and you are used to dealing with savage monkey-people. Why are lists and console UIs awful on the PC? Science. Science is why.
What do lists and cavemen have in common? They were invented at the same time. If you were going into space would you rather have a spacesuit made out of wood or one made out of space age polymers? Would you rather have a computer made out of a potato and a rock or would you want your computer to be built with science and technology and the future?
What do people who play the PC like it is a console have exactly in common with people who think all African-Americans should be slaves? Their ridiculous ideas and beliefs are not based on science or good or logic. What’s the difference between people who pretend their PC is a console and me pretending my testicle sack is Mother Brain from Metroids? My playing pretend with my nutsack doesn’t cause civilized people to have to take it right up the pooper with savage monkey console UIs on PC games.
These console monkeys are screwing our rears real good. Real nice and good. I have to play a game with a list like I’m a caveman. We can make a graphical representation of the inventory like a real game has, so we should. The same reason we don’t want games made with ascii graphics or 800x600 resolution only. It is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 2015. We can make graphical UIs with science and civilization and all that is good and holy.
If you want to have fun with non-computer necessary things like lists and other savagery why don’t you just play marbles, jacks, or hopscotch. Maybe a game or two of bocce ball with your Nonno. You’ll save a lot of money while burning calories to boot.
In closing I would like to link a song which explains exactly what people who don’t care if PC games have monkey-console UIs are-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Izzax3k_6jo
Please realize console-monkeys represent both sides in the song. People who like science and technology GUIs made for PC are not monkey-brained savages so are not part of the song.
Was either game disgned for the console and released on the PC with a console UI? No. Are you saying the target market for PC crpgs and console "rpgs" are the same? And enjoy the same kind of depth of mechanics, thinking involved, or put the same weight and value on quests, dialogue, story, character progression? If you answer yes to this you are not just a savage-monkey-idiot, but also a blind and retarded savage-monkey-idiot.
According to the developers of this game, even before they decided to develope for consoles they were aiming for a controller focused UI for the pc since they decided to have a list for an inventory well before they decided to release on the console at the same time as the pc. Now you answer this, what kind of pc crpg has a list for an inventory? What kind of God would allow that? Unless they are lying, which is my strong belief, this may be the only game ever developed for the pc that had consolitis before deciding to focus on console development with smooth controller gameplay and inefficient and awful UI.
All of you savage-monkeys reason like a monkey throwing feces at passersby. You think it makes sense but its really just throwing ♥♥♥♥ at strangers too civilized to ♥♥♥♥ in their own hand and throw it others.
Yip and might make them actually appeal to a wider audience, thus.
Because appealing to a wider and wider audience has done wonderful things for pc rpgs. They give such a richer and more thought provoking experience when everyone is in the target market. There is an awesome game for people of your calibre called Clicker Heroes. Its very popular with a very wide market appeal.
