Local config files

I just upgraded to a new machine and my Skill Class has gone back to 1 (my rank is retained). When I play on my old machine my Skill Class is correct. Does anyone know where these presumably local files are stored and which ones they are?

--edit: Interestingly enough, when I check my Contracts, my completed missions are shown. it is just the header display on the title screen

I'm just posting to say no, I don't know.

BUT it has happened to me too.

However, because of the low consequence to you, I can't be assed to try to find out.
