I Can't Play my Game

I'm so bummed out! I can't play my SWKOR. I don't know why computer doesn't like it, even though it's built for gaming. Here's what my computer is running:

* Windows 10
* TUF B450M-Plus Gaming mother board
* AMD Ryzen 7 3700X processor
* Radon RX 580 video card
* 16 GB 2133 DDR4 RAM

The game loads up, and I can go through the character creation, then when I try to begin the game is where it doesn't want to work. Is there anyone out there who can tell me why I can't play? Or if there is something I can do to make it work? I would certainly appreciate any help I can get.

I don't really know why it wouldn't work because, aside from being low resolution and not taking advantage of ultrawide monitors, the game seems to "just work" out of the box really well for me on Windows 10 as long as I haven't installed mods, which seem to improve the game in various ways while reducing its overall stability. I can even run the game on near-maximum settings on an ancient potato laptop I have that that runs on integrated graphics.

You might try updating your graphics card drivers. This might not be the solution, but it tends to help a lot of games.

Also, it's KOTOR (or SWKOTOR) not SWKOR... and Radeon not Radon. Radon is chemical element. Radeon is a type of computer graphics card.
