Primal Carnage: Extinction

Feathered spino and Carcharodontosaurus
Now, i read this book that was made last year and I came across the picture that did suprise me. Carcharodontosaurus and spinosaurus with feathers. Now they werent covered head-to-toe like some rex in some movie that I will not go into detail about, but they were were feathered nontheless. The spino had the fan of feathers on his arm and a ridge of feathers on his head and neck. Carcharodontosaurus was more feathered with them on his back, tail, head, neck, and arms. The body and legs were scaly. What do u guys think about this?

Unprofessional in my opinion since neither group that both dinos belong to have any evedince of feathers. At least with Rex theres a few relatives to suggest it had feathers to a degree.
