I bought the mutation but it did not show up on my inventory.

Hi, I bought the Macrothorax Acro recently. My steam wallet is empty so I chose to add money to my wallet at the exact amount to buy it. However after I complete to purchase with my money deducted from my credit card, steam said that it is processing and my mutation still missing from my inventory. What should I do?

You're not the only one who is experiencing this technically difficulty.

Apparently the the PC:E store was having some sort of glitch (if I recall correctly) which does leave others some questions or perhaps do a thorough investigation before presenting evidence.

You may have better luck asking on the game's Discord, devs are more active there then they are on these discussions I believe + you'll get a quicker response.

I do want to mention there is a bug where random items in your inventory will suddenly disappear, but it can be fixed by closing the game out and re-opening it, if you have not tried that yet.
