"Big Daddy" is essentially the Rex you play as in-game. It's the same character model as in the Genesis trailers, just without a dangling chain on the ankle. If you wanted to get into how that makes sense ingame, everyone playing Rex is playing as a clone of B.D. I think at one point we were going to let people have the ankle chain as a cosmetic item but there was some technical problem that prevented it, sadly.
As to the suggestion, we're not committing to any more game modes right now. Our focus at the moment is on Capture the Egg and improving the existing gameplay where we can. Also, a mode like this with an escaping juggernaut sounds cool in theory, but I wonder how much fun it would be for the human players who I suppose would be constantly running...?
big daddy is around 60ft long, compared to a regular trex he's bloody huge
To add, technically big daddy wasn't the first rex, but he's the first rex which fit the standards of what Phoenix Corp wanted.
Will the Rex Ankle Chain cosmetic be fixed in the later future?
