Redeemable Codes?

I was looking at the pause menu when I saw the little text box that allows you to redeem codes. Does anyone know what this is for?

If I'm not inappropriate, can I ask if you could share the code?
Also in private if you prefer, or you can indicate a place where I can find all the codes for the exclusive content. I hate to have an incomplete version of a game.

It's not any less of a game without it, it adds no extra effects that do anything. It's just a unique way of thanking the people who helped them make their game possible. You, me, we didn't. So it just isn't for us. It's pretty fair.
