Ghosts

I keep running into ghosts with a fairly high frequency, but all they do is sound like wind over sand, or something. Can someone let me know if there is ever a way to speak with them, and if so, point me in the right direction for unlocking it in the game. Thanks.

You can learn their language (like the animal one), but...it's unlikely since I only encoutered the event once! And never found something that could teach me the animal one :/

Well when I learned the animall one it was from a creature in a Baba Yaga location.
