Hi there.

We require Intel HD 4000 or higher for Intel integrated GPUs.

You can play the old version of the game available in the new version, even if I can not run the HD? I never play Grim Fandango, then at least I would be happy to play the old version anyway.

The game won't start on Intel HD 4000.
Please remove it from the list of supported graphic cards.

Maybe you should visit this thread and look at some of the suggestions for troubleshooting the issue before jumping to such a conclusion:

Maybe you could visit this thread yourself and find a single post of someone with Intel HD 4000 who actually managed to run the game?

This game does not run on Intel HD Graphics (at least for now). This happens, I'm not accusing anyone, it's not the first time, but really remove it from the list of supported cards so other people would not be foooled by this.

Even if it was tested at some point to run on Intel HD Graphics, there are enough complains right now to justify the exclusion of it.

It definitely does run on Intel HD Graphics. I have a laptop with Intel HD in it and it's running on there. I just had to update the driver as I hadn't even turned the thing on in quite some time.

I've tried 10.18.10.4061 (latest), 10.18.10.3958 (previous) and 10.18.10.3412 without any result. If it runs on some older versions --- well, only the lstest and the previous are available for download on Intel website.

I'm using a laptop so I can't update the GPU... I'll try my other laptop...

Intel HD 4000 user, this is false. As was pointed out numerous times in the other thread. Still won't launch, always claims there's an opengl issue despite drivers being up to date.

One of you claimed in the other thread that there'd be a fix in the following patch, which proved to be false.

Edit: Apparently it was you that said that.
