won't play or load up in offline mode on the steam deck

Offline play is broken, confirmed on Steam Deck and Desktop Linux. The Go offline button does nothing

Ubisoft broke this feature of their launcher around 3 months ago with their "new" version of Ubisoft Connect and still refuses to acknowledge it!
