you can skip him for most missions, but some have to be played as him

Based on the interview, he said that they each get individual introductions and they each get their own questline. For those, you have to play as the required character, but outside those specific instances, you can choose whichever you want.

As long as it isn't another syndicate situation where i have to play the brawler 90% of the time because ubisoft was afraid of A female protag. Evie was so much cooler then her brother, she had better finishers to.

possible to skip playing Yasuke?

I saw somewhere that you don't have to play as Yasuke, you can just play Naoe to beat the game. Is it true or not?

Not quite. Each character has it's own questline that needs to be completed on that character, however outside of those you can play whoever you want for like 80/90% of the game.

Do you know how long is the character questline? If I can finish Yasuke's questline within an hour I'll be fine with it.

No idea I’m afraid but it likely will be split over the whole game so that you will be forced at certain points in the story to switch back to him. As to if it will total under one hour, there is no info on that yet but I would imagine it would not be far from that figure since typically with most AC games the bulk of the time is spent outside of the main missions

Assassins creed series like oddysey, valhalla, origin have very long gametime so you will be forced to play Yasuke over 10 hours for sure.

Moreover if they put some level locks then you will play as Yasuke for VERY long time to finish game. So just wait for premiere and then ask again.

That is actually unknown at this moment because Ubisoft said both version ..

1. If you dont like it, you dont have to switch at all, you can skip playing as other character
2. Both characters are unique and you will have to switch between them to finish the game, you cannot skip one
