Sprint to break down door?

I can't seem to break through this door. I'm trying to sprint at it with no effect

Neither can I. Sprint to door but nothing happens. I think you need to use Power Kick or Dash too do it but it has to be timed. I don't know when to hit the ability button.

Please HELP.

It's a bit annoying - run at it using W, and just before you make contact press SHIFT

I discovered that SHIFT is set by default to Toggle ON/OFF, so if you hold it, which is the natural thing (for me, at least) to do, it's cycling on and off the whole time you hold it, so its pure luck whether it's ON or OFF when you reach the door. Go into Settings and change it to HOLD,
