is there a way to turn off the combat slow motion?

As title says, is there an option or a way to turn it off, like editing the game file?

I'm still under 2 hours of play time, i might refund this game because the combat is too easy even with highest difficulty.

No hate but.....I bought the game not for stealth but for parry/posture combat system.
