animus hub projects and tracks not loading and store hits me with animus error code

preface this with I'm on ubisoft connect. I cannot see anything else online about this. none of the animus hub stuff loads. I can load the game and that's it. I can do the objectives and find currency for it but when I go to the animus nothing loads at all and the store just hits me with an animus error. I'm not offline as ubisoft connect is working and my connection is fine. i'd like to look at some of the stuff and do the things but no point if I can't even access it.

Same here. The Ubisoft Connect overlay works, but anything in-game that connects to it like the Shop and the Animus menu just shows an empty screen or the error you mentioned.

I'm having the same issues. I haven't been able to access anything on the animus menu, including the store, at all. I thought it might be a steam deck issue at first, but my desktop is doing the same thing. And I know it's connected to the internet and ubisoft connect. Kind of annoying.

Just wanted to say I'm having this same issue also on Uplay. Hope they fix this soon.

I got same problem on ps5 with assassin creed on the animus hub and the store is not loading too

This worked for me, I disconnected Geforce Now and Facebook from my Ubisoft account.

Worked for me, too! I essentially unlinked everything from my Ubisoft account except the main platforms (Nintendo, Steam, Playstation, Xbox). You are brilliant!
