game performance really bad

So i am playing this through ubisft +. I tought lets get it for a month. It's not much. TBF i hated the Yasuke being black and all in this type of game but it's actually a great game im pleasantly suprised. Yasuke is a fun character but yeah i wish he was an actual japanese. Anyway WHY IS THE PERFORMANCE SO BAD??? I have a 3090 TI with 12900K. still a good rig yet on 1440P with most settings on very high it goes below 60 fps.. Not always i can get up to 70+ at times but mostly it hovers around 60 FPS with dips in the 55+ range. I can play valhalla all maxed out over 120 fps and more without problems.. Why is the so badly optimized? The graphics looks the same to me compared to valhalla? Even lowering some settings doenst do much for my fps. Really dissapointed with this..

In the beginning intro scene 38-40 FPS with Raytracing, without 48-50 FPS. Latest driver installed. 3080 ti 5700x3d. 1440P all on max.

Did you expect anything different? They're heavily relying on console sales.

I have a steady 110 fps in 1440p, no drops.
High settings with high Ray tracing, DLSS and frame gen.

7700x and a 4070....

Yeah with frame gen... I hate that option as it makes the game very sluggish. With frame gen i get over 100 fps too at times with very high settings but it sucks (FSR)

lol what are your settings? Just putting everything on max with ray tracing is not very smart, its not a 5090

Averaging 55-60fps at native 4K max settings with a 5090. It's not any worse than other AAA games that have ray tracing like Silent Hill 2 or Cyberpunk.

LIKE ALL GAMES NOW DAYS. DEVS DONT STUDY HOW TO PROGRAMMING NOR NO ONE IS A PROFRAMER. Only they use same game engines (Unreal) and tecnologies like frame gem. frame motion fluid, dlss,..... etc. NO PROGRAMMING

This game is not made in unreal, its made on their own engine = Anvil
So before trashing get at least your facts right.

Credibility = 0

okay i dont like fram gen. But i put it on this with quality DLSS and most settings very high and a few ultra high and it gives me right now 120 - 130 FPS so for now im happy

Game looks and runs like complete ♥♥♥♥ on consoles compared to my PC lol
