Here's an idea DEVS..this is an EDITOR. You don't need a day/night/weather cycle within a damned editor.
So many ridiculous decisions in what is, probably the most gorgeous looking and fun video game ever created.
Yup. Lots of posts about this.
The devs are supposedly concerned about the integrity of various gameplay aspects.
Fine. Just make the selectable time optional. Then those of us who don't want to attack a fort during a blinding rain storm or go through their new hideout acquisitions during the night can sleep or whatever and those who want to hew to the devs original vision can just go on playing as they have been.
P.S.--I mean, ffs, I just bought Oblivion Remastered and the character can do whatever they want, and for a lot less money than this (well, $20 bucks less, which a lot of people seem to think is still too much, lol).
I like that idea. Make it optional.
Play with the option to change night and day
or
Play without being able to.
Personally I haven't been bothered by it and took it as intentional because trying to accomplish tasks during the day is of course much more difficult and especially so when you play the Hardest setting (which... I'm not finding 'that' hard).
Indeed... at least make it optional.
