Runs at around 120 - 140 FPS for me with RTSS.
Would love to be able to turn off ray tracing though, doesn't seem like it's an option that I can see?
Always remember that optimization does not exist in Ultra settings
But it's time to realize the 1080ti isn't going to cut it these days with newer games.
Yeah that card nowadays is equivalent to a 3060 12gb so that tracks as you are barely meeting the recommended specs GPU wise. I'm impressed they even got it to run on GTX cards as barring the 16 series they do not have the Dx12 Ultimate feature set
9800X3D and 4080 Super.
Avg on benchmark of 81fps at the very high preset, ray tracing on with DLSS set to quality and no framegen, 3440x1440.

My complaint isn't really with the optimization of the game (as others have said, seems well thought out, scales well, has modern features, plenty of granular options to tweak), but rather it lies with FSR frame generation. It does give significantly more frames, but the frame times and input lag are so noticeable and make the actual experience feel awful and unresponsive. (Since I have a 3070, I cannot use NVidia Frame Generation, which I imagine is superior.)
I definitely need to upgrade my machine to get the performance I'm after with this game, but damn I hope that frame generation doesn't feel this awful even with more powerful specs.

It is not the worst however it doesn't run amazing either especially as there are prettier games that are running better, they need to work a lot more on optimization however almost no game developer puts enough time and money in that anymore, I have to run it between high and ultra with DLSS on (quality) just to get anywhere near 60fps at 1440p
yeah same it defo bad optimised and Forced DLSS for performance and relying on frame skip bull crap
