Historically accurate?
I always loved Ubisoft humour in their games 🙃
I guess this is more a parody than anything serious right?

All AC games have a disclaimer saying all is fiction
If it is all fiction, why does the game revolve around actual historical figures, namely Oda Nobunaga and Lady Oichi, and is set in the same time period that these people were alive?

The disclaimer also mentions Inspired. But seriously is this new to you?!

No they did not.
This game also have a disclaimer. Its fiction.
With real people that existed(not the black one) lol.

Yasuke existed, but it is a fictional take on him ingame (so are the other historical characters) that is the entire point here...
I don´t really see an issue with it.. if they had everything ingame was historical accurate, then yes.. but they do a disclaimer in the start of the game !

You really don't know what is art of fiction, do you?
so we're just gonna ignore that assassins creed was never historically accurate right

No, we're gonna ignore Ubisoft having a history expert that they consulted that both presented their version of Yasuke as historical fact and pretended the Japanese were hyped about Yasuke; Along with their Yasuke source making up facts and editing his lies into the wiki multiple times over.

We're also going to ignore that said historical expert's first book was "Tales of Idolized Boys: Male-Male Love in Medieval Japanese Narratives".

Such a historical expert with no biases whatsoever

We aren't ignoring it, we all knew it was never historically accurate. It doesn't need to be ignored or not ignored.

You are being willfully ignorant about how they presented it. Ubisoft themselves tried to push it as historical fact even to the point of editing (and lying) in the wikipedia.
There's no need to project your willful ignorance on others.

What we are ignoring is that Ubisoft never TRIED to present fiction as fact before, which is why this is different.
If you can't see how the two aren't the same, you aren't worth engaging with.

It's no wonder y'all create so many enemies of your side with this constant and willfull lying.

Have you ever heard the phrase "historical fiction"?

Yes it's historically accurate. Female ninjas were gay and often had relationship with the local lord's wife. Also black rappers would come to Japan and beat everyone like what's pictured in this game. The accuracy is about 99.6% I'd say.

who's gonna tell him that romance is optional
also, shinobi.
