If it is all fiction, why does the game revolve around actual historical figures, namely Oda Nobunaga and Lady Oichi, and is set in the same time period that these people were alive?

Yasuke existed, but it is a fictional take on him ingame (so are the other historical characters) that is the entire point here...
I don´t really see an issue with it.. if they had everything ingame was historical accurate, then yes.. but they do a disclaimer in the start of the game !

No, we're gonna ignore Ubisoft having a history expert that they consulted that both presented their version of Yasuke as historical fact and pretended the Japanese were hyped about Yasuke; Along with their Yasuke source making up facts and editing his lies into the wiki multiple times over.

We're also going to ignore that said historical expert's first book was "Tales of Idolized Boys: Male-Male Love in Medieval Japanese Narratives".

Yes it's historically accurate. Female ninjas were gay and often had relationship with the local lord's wife. Also black rappers would come to Japan and beat everyone like what's pictured in this game. The accuracy is about 99.6% I'd say.
