there are some objectively worse decisions made in this game than previous titles, people being accepting of that is not the same as it being a step backwards regardless of whether you like it or not.
About 2 hours in I actually paid real attention for about 20 minutes and it was enough to know that the game is terrible. It still has a lot of the basic design aspects of Origins which I absolutely hated. People are saying the game looks good but I'm not seeing it. Personally I think the game looks mediocre at best. The cut scenes I've actually watched are basic fixed facial close ups with very wooden movement of the characters. The voice acting is all over the place. The music goes from kinda fitting to "what the hell is going on?"
And what is up with that boring side game about repeatedly pressing the same button combo over and over that looks like a stupid meditation attempt? The gongs are just annoying and the whole sequence goes on way to long where it looks like you have to repeat the same pattern at least 10 times. How is this supposed to be fun?
Oh and one more thing. Constant flashbacks suck. Tell a freaking story that moves forward and doesn't just randomly jump around every 5 minutes. You kill off a character? Make the player care about that character first before you kill them off and then leave them dead. The whole concept of killing characters that you barely know and then you try to make someone care through flashbacks is terrible storytelling. If you know the character is already dead why would anyone even start to care about them in a flashback? There is no emotional attachment to any of them. It doesn't work in movies or books. And it sure as hell doesn't work in games neither.
Les gens comme toi me rendent embarrassé d'être Québécois ngl.
i think op may just be having whats called an opinion
bc im enjoying it
You are not obligated to watch hist videos/streams or agree with him. But if you want to argue about his view points you should have at least a basic idea of what his thoughts actually are and why you think they are wrong.
And you calling him a "sub-human" still just provides a clear picture of what kind of person you are.
Just stupid using a streamers words without actually playing it. But you know right? Gotta turn off brain and agree to the words said.
I guess I'll leave it as "if the shoes fits".
