Download isn't working, 0% on preload for 20 min
This is it, it's all in the title.

It did this for mine too. It eventually completed went from 0 right to 100. Not sure whats going on with it.

Worked normal for me last night. I'd restart steam and try again.

That's normal. It shows 0%, but you can click on it and see the network traffic for it. Just let it be.

You could also try a different download centre in download options to see if that makes a difference incase your regional steam server is having issues.

If you click on the progress bar that says INSTALLING Preloading, do you see the statistics, such as Mbps and time remaining?

It's all good, it's been installed, thank you everyone. I thought we were getting early access with preorder and everything, apparently not. Oh well. This post can be closed, again, THANKS.
