Does the Sekiryu Pack worth it?

Since it's on PC, i can easily use wemod for mastery points. So does the Sekiryu cosmetics worth it? If the weapons or perks isn't that OP, then I'll just buy standard version instead.

So the dragon-ish mount is not available on steam? It is not in the starter pack as far as I read.

I got it with my Deluxe Edition, and I did not use it the entire game. It doesn't look good, and the sword's effect looks weird. Wish we could disable gear effects.
