that's funny, he is playing on a 3060ti and runs it at near 60 fps natively on ultra. it's also not being throtled by cpu which happens with many games.

Not in a game that literally has RTX in the title!! You know what you're getting into immediately. If your gear cannot handle it just move along to other games.
