Who are those children [minor spoiler]?

So, during our exploits we find some children here and there, involved in quests. And some, are more famous than others.
For example, "The Kabukimono" quest involve no one else than Izumo no Okumi and foreshadowing her future.
Now, who are others you can find?
I am pretty sure, that Haru from Yagoro's quest is also not just a simple girl, but can't quite put a finger on it.
