Assassin's Creed Shadows

Assassin's Creed Shadows

Statistiche:
Shinto and Buddhism
I watched recent gameplay videos, and it seems that the sacred objects enshrined on shrine altars can be destroyed, but the Buddha statues and Buddhist implements in temples are protected. Does UBI not understand that the mirrors on the altars of shrines are equivalent to Buddha statues?

So don't break them
Ghost of Tsushima, where you fight oni and spirits of dead warriors? That Ghost of Tsushima?
Messaggio originale di Wiseman Bro:
Yep you also could killed civilians no penalty no restriction unlike old AC Games.

Look like Ubi truly hate Japanese ppl that much.

That called Legend and it's mutiplayer not single player mode.
Actually it's single player mode. Tengu Demon from The Curse of Uchitsune is a guardian of a weapon for an unknown period of time, from an era long before the events of the game. Not to mention the demons he fights along the way during his quest to find The Spirit of Yarikawa's Vengeance. Did you play the game or not?

Even if we forgive those transgressions, katanas and wakizashi didn't exist until the 14th century.

Even if it was multiplayer, would that somehow excuse the lack of historical accuracy?

italians had penalty when you killed civilians thou.

Only if yo kill more than 3 in short time. Point is that it is still possible, and even game does say "desmond ancestor did not kill civilians", nothing really stop you from doing it from time to time.
yah, odyssey had no desync for killing civilians at all, it just caused you to get chased down by mercenaries.
hopefully they do add desync for killing civilians in shadows tho. i get the counterpoint that the player has agency to do bad stuff, and these were players killing civilians, not ubi-soft killing civilians, but with all the hoopla going on over this game, it would make sense to avoid giving the people who are looking for controversy less to go off of.
it ultimately doesnt matter tho, the people who are out for blood against this game will use anything they can to generate controversy. but if there was no footage of killing civilians or breaking shinto shrines, they would go back to the more ridiculous arguments like "Naoe is a lesbian". it's alot easier to dismiss those sorts of made up controversies than it is to dismiss controversies like this.

I kinda hope its like odyssey (since its made by the same team). If you kill too many civilians, the guards will be after you i think they called elites or smth in this game. And this would make sense because the guards protect the civilians so its only natural they will be after you

Manufacturing lies won't bring this game down. Only poor quality can.

By the looks of this masterpiece, it doesn't lack quality.

YouTubers have been attacking this game viciously for no good reason, but they've also been distracted by Veilguard and BioWare news. That caused the blood in the water.

Now there are Great Whites swimming everywhere. They've become so irrational that they aren't just attacking Shadows, there are now Orcas attacking the Great Whites.

It's a ____ show.

It's mostly unreasonable juveniles and immature adults spreading the lies. There was a YouTuber a couple days ago that went on a 10-minute rant as he tried to rationalize and justify Valhalla's Christian raids in comparison to whatever is going on in Shadows.

What's bizarre about that is that the same people who bashed Valhalla before it was released are now sticking up for it and saying that Shadows is the real problem.

Insanity.

Only the weak of mind will fall for nonsense like that. Humans aren't that stupid. You can give a dummy a video camera and an editor but you won't get the entire world kissing his ring.

Consumers can see right through it. This game will sell like smartphones.

do U know WHO was Oda Nubunaga?
he was notorious for burning temples and killing monk
so he was known as the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oda_Nobunaga
He is sometimes referred as the "Demon Daimyō" and "Demon King of the Sixth Heaven"
The Enryaku-ji temple on Mount Hiei was an issue for Nobunaga. The monastery's sōhei (warrior monks) of the Tendai school were aiding his opponents in the Azai-Asakura alliance and the temple was close to his base of power. In September 1571, Nobunaga preemptively attacked the Enryaku-ji temple, then besieged Mount Hiei and razed it. In the process of making their way to the Enryaku-ji temple, Nobunaga's forces destroyed and burnt all buildings, killing monks, laymen, women, and children and eliminating anyone who had previously escaped their attack. It is said that "The whole mountainside was a great slaughterhouse and the sight was one of unbearable horror."

all his men imcluding Yasuke had to participate in burining temples and killing monks
as a result Oda Nobunga called as the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven
so for Yasuke as a servant of the Demon King of the Sixth Heaven it is normal

but honestly, given the current state of the world, it seems clear to me that the type of people who fall for nonsense like that is growing ever stronger. it's like the mental patients are in charge of the ward now.

Desynchronization was phased out in favor of a Wanted/Bounty system.

The desecration of a place of worship in Assassin's Creed has become news in major Japanese newspapers.
