does anyone know if the content pre-order exclusive only?

Standard Edition preorder will give you everything that you need.

The free expansion and quest.

You will be able to purchase that particular quest at a later date.

of course not.... why would they make a whole quest-line to only give it to people that pre order...

the benefit is that you wont have to pay for it once it releases
